How long will we keep your data?
Moods Retail will comply with currently applicable regulations on its duty to delete personal data once the purpose sought has been achieved or when you withdraw your consent for the processing thereof, in which case it will remain exclusively available to the competent courts and tribunals, public prosecutor’s office or public authorities for responding to any possible liabilities stemming from the processing and only for the statutory period of said liabilities.
